Event Details
Join us at Hill Road Library for an introduction to the fascinating owls that live in and around our neighborhoods, presented by National Park Service biologist Mary Logan! Designed for children, this program will explore our common local owl species, their unique adaptations, and the conservation challenges they face in our area. After the presentation, participants may take part in a hands-on activity—dissecting owl pellets—to discover what owls eat and to better understand their important role in the ecosystem.
