  fundraising event, Books, Birds, and Blooms: Outdoor Sanctuaries on Satur
 day, June 6, 2026, from Noon to 4:00 p.m. Set against a backdrop of beaut
 ifully curated gardens and natural spaces, this unique experience brings t
 ogether nature, literature, and community in support of the Ventura County
  Library System. Tour a series of inspiring outdoor sanctuaries while cel
 ebrating the vital role libraries play in enriching lives.Explore sweeping
  ocean views, artist and pottery studios, native plants, nesting birds, an
 d the mobile library.Bird watching experiences will be enhanced with the g
 uidance of the Ventura Audubon Society.Enjoy refreshments, a book giveaway
 , and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters of literacy, educati
 on, and lifelong learning. Event proceeds directly benefit the Ventura Co
 unty Library System, helping fund essential programs and services, such as
  early literacy initiatives, educational programming, technology access, c
 ommunity events, and resources that ensure equitable access to information
  for all residents.Tickets are priced at $40.Sponsorship opportunities are
  available for local businesses, organizations, and individuals who wish t
