E.P. Foster Library will close temporarily for important renovations from March 23, 2026, through Fall 2027.
Important: Holds Information
Effective February 16, 2026:
- All unfilled E.P. Foster holds have been reassigned to Saticoy Library for pickup.
- If you already received a Hold Pick‑up Notice for E.P. Foster, you may still pick up your item at E.P. Foster.
- Easily update your holds pickup location in our new MyVCLibrary app, online, via chat, or by calling 805‑626‑READ (7323).
