E.P. Foster Renovation Closure - March 2026 - Fall 2027

E.P. Foster Library will close temporarily for important renovations from March 23, 2026, through Fall 2027.

 

Important: Holds Information
Effective February 16, 2026:

  • All unfilled E.P. Foster holds have been reassigned to Saticoy Library for pickup.
  • If you already received a Hold Pick‑up Notice for E.P. Foster, you may still pick up your item at E.P. Foster.
  • Easily update your holds pickup location in our new MyVCLibrary app, online, via chat, or by calling 805‑626‑READ (7323).

Rentfrow Room

The Rentfrow Room has a capacity of eight persons and there is no charge for use.

Topping Meeting Room

To rent the Topping Room:

  1. Read the Topping Room Policy for fees and rules of use.
  2. Contact the library for availability by calling (805) 626-READ.
