A drop-in early literacy storytime for ages birth - 5 yrs

Preschoolers are invited to join us at the library for a fun playtime with their Storytime friends. Age-appropriate toys and activities are available for children to explore. Join us for this lively social-learning experience!

Calling all toddlers, parents, and caregivers! Come gather, meet new friends, play with our selection of toys, and find great books to take home. All are welcome!

Families are welcome to play board games and puzzles at the Avenue Library during open hours.

Come color, draw and craft with us! 

• Best suited for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade.
• Meets in the Homework/Afterschool Enrichment area during the school year.

Reading to a therapy animal is fun and unique, and allows children to become the teacher rather than the center of unwanted attention.

A drop-in play group for caregivers and children ages birth through 5 years. 

Join us on Tuesday, Jan 13, from 5pm to 6pm to learn how to grow a California native plant garden! Learn when it's best to plant natives, their maintenance needs, and other important information about these beneficial, drought-resistant plants.
